I'm from Canada Quebec. And I ordered a AEG from airsoft megastore. I got no problem, fast shipping for the distance. Except the cost for shipping and for custom. Next time i'll get my gun to Toronto airsoft only for free shipping for almost orders

I've ordered from AMS about 6 times and only had one problem that was resolved by customer service immediately. Excellent customer service! Normal delivery time as with other companys. I mostly order boneyard pieces from AMS. If you missed it last week, AMS had 50% off all boneyard shooters. I ordered 5 for 125.00 with free shipping. These shooters had a retail value of over 500.00. I'll tell you the best part, most of them were working. I had them all running in about an hour. That included cleaning the barrels and chronoing them. Worst one needed 2 wires soldered together. They were all in new condition. All came with mags and even batterys. Some came with extra mags. So yeah, I'm a AMS ho. weaps.

That's the problem. You ordered broken rifles from ASMS. I bought "new" products and received them broken.

We have begun implementing a more rigorous QC process BEFORE items a re shipped out, to minimize the chances that our customers receive broken products. That being said, there are factors out of our control, such as during shipping, when products can become damaged after they leave our warehouse. This is why we have also implemented new customer service policies, which include free return shipping of broken/ defective products, and full store credit for new returned items. If you guys have any recommendations for policies that we currently do not offer, please let us know. We are constantly looking for better ways to serve our customers.

Thanks for all the feedback, and feel free to drop us a line/ PM at our Airsoft Society account.

I'll be honest I haven't dropped onto the AMS hate bandwagon because I have not had a bad experience. I bought a CYMA AK but it was defective which is the manufactures fault not AMS. I had it shipped back and I got store credit to buy a a&k spr. I also bought my kjw pistol from them. I have had no issues with them.

Yeah this is an old thread, and i havent seen a really recent ams horror story. I think they have really cleaned up their act.

No they haven't, my friend about a month ago ordered a JG M4 from them after I told him not to. He now regrets not listening to me. Upon receiving his gun it had some minor surface abrasions. For a "new" gun that is ridiculous, that wasn't the half of it. Upon the initial firing we new something was wrong. One shot would go about 40 or 50 feet them the next would role out of the barrel. Never buy from AMS.

Did he send it back?
I got a boneyard AK and a JG blue motor, so I'll just confirm that everything is all good.

*Facepalm* That isn't AMS's fault. That's JG's fault with packaging, and the fact that the gun your friend got was a lemon. AMS doesn't package the guns. Lemon's happen in airsoft, and that's why we have warranties.

In my experience most people saying a company is terrible have never actually ordered from them. It was like their friend of a friend or worst another negative review posted on a forum that they talk about. So like four unhappy customers turn into 100 people talking about it, when they have never had a personal experience with the company. I hate that bs. Only say a business is bad if you have experienced it first hand please.

No offense, but how the heck do you know if people have had experience or not on here? You don't even know some of these people so lets not assume.

I'm okay if you have differing experience with AMS but don't generalize a group of people if you don't know.

Did not mean to offend. I am sure plenty of people have had personal experiences and I am not saying anyone is lying. But a couple of people did post "my friend" had the experience or "heard about someone" having an experience. I feel like that is wrong, because if those issues were later resolved, that poster doesn't know.

Also no business is perfect and a couple of unhappy customers are expected. But when people start posting on behalf of those posters it can look a lot worse than it is. I only bring this up because the whole point of this thread is the business's reputation is being bad.

This often happens because people are talking about negative experiences others have had, even if they have never tried out the company for themselves. So 1 unhappy customer turns into 20 people talking about it, who have never actually bought from them. And the business who only makes a few mistakes starts to look like a business that messes up all the time.

I am not saying that this business is good or bad. I was just discouraging people from posting about others experiences for the above reasons, so it could actually be decipherable. (If that makes any sense).

I have had many problems with them, I have had 2 guns show up broken and I had an A&K Magpul masada show up with a defective hop up and the gun could not fire without jamming! When I called to voice my problem and discuss solutions I was talked down to like I was a moron kid, at age 18 I'm still a kid but not a moron. They spent most of the phone call talking down to me and in the end blamed it on the ammo but when I told them I used their recommended Goldenball BBs their tune changed. They told me to return it and I told them about how I really wanted this gun and would like it to either be replaced with the same gun or fixed and she said they would be able to fix it no problem and if they could they would send me another. She said "After we email you that the gun has arrived we will give you an update and mail it back no later than 10 days after it arrival" 14 days later I got and email telling me my account has received in store credit.... so I sent a nasty gram asking for a replacement and was told "that gun is out of stock". The product page told a different story for the next 3 months.

"Why didn't you use the store credit to just buy another of the same gun" you may ask? Simple! because I bought the gun during a sale and was only given the sale price of the gun in store credit so I was $50 short! Need less to say I'm through with them and their poor service. It's 3 strikes you're out in my book and that 3rd strike is worth at least 2 on it's own...
