That's pretty much it, irt m4 compatibility. There are plenty upgrade parts made specifically for the KC02 though. I'd start with a RogueWorx piston, and maybe their bcg and bolt handle.
KJW KC02 M4 Compatibility
Hello! I am wondering what parts on a KC02 can be swapped or upgraded with M4 parts. I know the pistol grip, stock, and buffer tube are comparable but I would love to upgrade my KC02 as much as possible for the least amount possible both internally and externally. Any tips or suggestions with this topic would be really appreciated as this is my first GBBR and id love to have it shoot like a dream.
