Hi guys, I've looked around for M700 builds, and I haven't found very many. I ordered a KJW M700 today, and I want to upgrade it to improve its range and accuracy. I don't have enough money to spend more than $100 on upgrades right now, but I want to keep my options open, e.g. if I get one upgrade, I don't want that to prevent me getting another upgrade in the future.

I want to get a King Arms VSR hopup bucking, and an Angel Custom 6.01 barrel, sold on Evike. Would this make the rifle decently accurate? Would these upgrades prevent me from getting others? And what upgrades should I get after the barrel and bucking? Also, I'm not into the HPA thing, even though it will improve consistency. Please don't judge me.

Yea, get a 6.02 brass barrel for snipers so you get more durability and range

Sounds good, after I get my AEG up and running I may do the same.

Check out my tech notes thread. There's a parts list in there for suggestions on what needs to be done.

What, the brass is much more relyable and accurate and increases range a little bit

Lol, no, it doesn't. You want more range grab a good bucking, IER hop it, LRB it with an aluminum barrel (6.03mm dia), a wax barrel spacer down 2/3 of the barrel, and perfect air seal using a HPA rig. Use heavy bbs as well.

    Again, that's basic stuff

    Brass helps as well

Let's not ruin the thread because of clashes in results
I'm not in the mood to have a argument over this.

Yeah, because an LRB is basic. Please enlighten me upon what it is.

Again, not to make argument here. I gave my 2¢ on it.

I said everything but, I thought you would assume that the barrel would change based off the next sentence.

End of argument, I don't want to get banned for this

But this all makes no sense. And why a 6.02? You don't want that tight of a barrel for a sniper rifle.

But it's not as good as a 6.03 or 6.04 for a long ranged rifle.

OK, I will admit I was wrong there

This proves you have no idea of what you are talking about. The material itself does not improve accuracy. The quality of the bore does. The wider the bore, the more possible range you can get. I know of people running 6.23mm inner barrels that are hitting at extreme distances. I'm planning on using a 6.05mm aluminum barrel simply because it is easy to bend in an LRB. I don't think you should be recommending stuff you have no experience with.

Nice build. Did you replace the barrel? I don't see it on there anywhere. However, I am glad to know that I'm going the right way with the bucking.

Nope. Stock barrel is decent until you erhop it.

Okay, I have no idea how to do those kinds of mods; would a tighter and higher quality barrel (such as the one I mentioned in the OP) be sufficient?
