Do you have anything in mind? Or a style of RIS you prefer?

Well in that case, nearly any RIS designed for an m4/m16 should fit onto a standard G&P receiver.

Actually no. G&Ps do not take a lot of airsoft ris. You need to buy a Madbull G&P barrel nut for most Madbull RIS and many other types of RIS if I am not mistaken. Somebody with more knowledge help me out here?

G&P (and I think ICS) uses imperial threading on their receiver while most other airsoft companies use metric. Hence the problem. If you want a free float, G&P kits should work, but most others will not without an adaptor. However, you can get pretty much any M5 RAS and use that. It snaps into the delta ring just like your handguard. It's a great looking system and provides all the rail space you need.

    For example:

So what im worried about is the triangular front "delta ring" (idk what its called) my other m4 has a circular one. Do most m5 RAS have a triangular or circular front?

Circular, so you'll need a new end cap. You can get a real steel piece for like $8 or something, though.
