I Bought a WE Xtreme 1911 and it broke after only 20 co2 canisters. Now im getting a better gun but I cant decide which version of the KWA PTP 1911 i should get. It would be used as a sidearm.

They're the same....the IV has a lower rail and that's about it, one isn't really superior to another.

Depends on weither you plan on running a pistol light on it or not. If not, mk 1, if yes or maybe, then mk 4

Define comfy? It's all personal preference, I can't really give a definite answer as comfort is subjective. Like I said, the only difference between the two really is the rail. If the rail interferes with your shooting stance (maybe you use some weird grip thing, it shouldn't if you hold it weaver style) then I guess it could be uncomfortable.. That being said, if you wear gloves it definitely won't be an issue.

MK series are almost all the same
but remember, Never dryfire it without a mag and never drop the mag or it will start rattling really annoying in there.

Basically, the only difference between the two are the width of the barrel at the end of the slide and the side plates. What you need to do is hold both in person and pick what you think feels better.

The rattling is nothing that will effect the performance
