The KWA SR7 is a extraordinary gun for the price. I have a team member who has it and it totally blew me away. I would highly recommend this gun if you play cqb. If you play field it wont be as good but it will still hit at 200ft. here is a link. after coupons its right around 300.

I have no personal experience with them but somebody told me the field he plays at uses them for rental guns and they werent half bad. Also look at ICS sportlines and JG m4s

And really overpriced. Heck, I refuse to even touch a Kaydubyaeh (KWA). I have a strange dislike for them. Not to mention they have a few things that are proprietary on/in them.

A G&P m4 is good for your price range. Maybe even a VFC gun too.

Honestly I'm really impressed by the G&G Top Tech rifles. They're right on par with KWA, CA, and G&P price wise, but they're probably some of the most solid high end replicas that I've seen so far. G&G really has their stuff together.

Oh, and as long as you don't touch the orange tip or anything else on the rifle, you get a 2 year warranty with any Top Tech rifle (to G&G, not to AirsoftGI).

I'm about to pick one of these up (in about a month) and finally got to mess with one, let me tell you, they are sweet. They have that fantastic build quality you would expect from VFC. The functional bolt release is cool, but many people have had issues with it resetting their hop up, but can easily be disabled. In this m4 it's the small things that count like that bolt catch, and the mic plastic piece holding down the wires in the GB. Overall can't wait to pick mine up it pretty sweet, but, it's right around 410 stock so to get under 400 a new spring is required

Well actually the spring should settle below 400.
