DD rail models are relegated to legacy models to other companies.

Arcturus is going for a more "current" times look.

But you can swap the rails just like a real AR.

In some cases, it's viable to use AS for RS and vice versa.

I always drool over pieces with tons of RS....however, I also have a lot of opposing viewpoints about using it for pieces. I suppose if there was something that didn't have a AS counterpart, I might go RS. But then my ADD would take over and I'd start hyper fixating on something else. If that makes sense?

One question; when are the Arcturus stock barrels going to be available as spare parts?

I’m seeing some of Arcturus’s parts becoming available on sites like Taiwangun, but there are some items missing that I would love to have available to use in builds and such!

Piston, nozzle, cylinder, cylinder head, and barrel are the main ones. I have been wondering what the actual inner diameter of the barrel is, since sites says everything from 6.03 to 6.01 seemingly at random. I threw a PDI W-hold into my Arcturus with no other mods (the stock hop rubber wasn’t quite getting me the range I needed), and the accuracy was truly excellent, which leads me to believe that the nozzle and barrel are both very high quality.

Barrel is Nitride coated steel that has a good finish.
Nozzle is nothing special.

Generic, nothing special, and works pretty decent—exactly the type of part you want to drop into old CM16s.
