IMO the VFC is the better gun. Although, I suggest buying a cheaper gun and seeing if you like the sport. If you do you can upgrade to a better gun. I suggest getting a JG M16. They are cheap, reliable, and decent performers.

The VFC is the better of the 2. Seems like you have the right idea. If you know you're going to love the game, go ahead and get a good weapon. My first gun purchase was the VFC HK 416. If you're budget is there, go for it!

VFC is a slightly better brand most of the time, and the VFC is cheaper, and I wouldn't recommend getting blowback for your first gun.

It's a CA. Go for it. Looks very promising.

I own a CA m15a4, it is quite good but i don't think it worth that much. I live in HK and i bought my gun at the designated store of CA, it was on sale and it is about $180usd, I think if the gun in the link is below $200 it would be much more worthy.

VFC without a doubt. Messing with it shouldn't be essential till you take the next step to learn how to work internals.

I hear people go into convulsions when they hear CA. I think their externals are nice but internals need a bit of work. But I hear nothing but nice things about VFC internals. So I think as a new guy who isn't tech savy just yet, go with VFC.

I own a m15a4 and the externals aren't as fine as i thought. Like there are also some place which has a bit defects. But it is acceptable, just don't fully trust reviews online and have lower expectation.

What ever you do, get the VFC. CA is a great company but IMO VFC is better. I love my VFC.

CA prolines can compete with VFCs. Either are good choices.

That's true, a proline CA can definitely compete with a VFC. But I think the Sportlines aren't very good..

Yes, get CA proline definaltely. Don't get CA sportline. Not that reliable.
