the battery in the first picture is a large type, while the plug in your gun appears to be a small type. essentially, you need a matching set of plugs that are the same size. until then, that battery isnt usable in the M14.

Looks like your battery is a small type, but the m14 is a large type connector. You will need to get a large typebattery, in that case.

What if I took the small type connector and put it on the late type connector

    Huh?

Your M14 has large type Tamyia.

Your battery has small type Tamyia.

Change your connectors (Small to large, or large to small) and you'll be better off.

Or, you could do what I do and switch to Deans connectors. So many plusses.

Also. Can you make your pictures a little more blurry? I can just barely make them out. ./sarcasm

Just get a large to small adapter. I have the G&G M14 and I use a battery with a small type battery with an adapter. It's easier. They sell them on Evike. I'd also recommend getting a better battery, if your current one is from a crosman... Get a nice 8.4v. 9.6v is too much for a G&G M14 honestly.
