My Armorer Works 5.1 Hi-Capa will jam up when I stroke the slide and it is because there is a tiny plastic piece that broke on my gun. It can be seen in this link <--. The part that I need is the tiny plastic square and screw seen at the bottom of the image. If you know the name of these pieces or could provide me with a link to a website where I could find one, it would be SO appriciated.

You could try making one, do you have a local hobby shop that sells model or trains, they usually carry plastic sheet for building scratch items, such as buildings, or other dioramas. Just get the right thickness, cut and drill, and you can probably find the screw at an ACE hardware store.
