Hello, I recently got into Airsoft and I bought a Lancer Tactical LT-24 ProLine Series 12" M4 AEG Airsoft Rifle. I love the gun, but I am trying to add some rails to the sides of the gun which there is not any rails other than about an inch of rail, the rest of the space is just a smooth surface with some screw holes that looks like you should be able to add some rails, well I ordered some rails off of Amazon and they don't match up to them screw holes. I'm just looking for someone that is knowledgeable and can help me figure out how to add some rails! Thank you!

There's keymod and m lock rails typically.

However that isn't either. It looks proprietary...

I wonder if it would be easier to just put a whole new rail system and handguard on it

What are you trying to mount on the side of the hand guard?

For the light, you may want to look at the Unity Tactical Fusion micro hub. This is designed to attach to the top rail and put the light on the side.

PTS has a license with Unity Tactical. Seems to come with a few more attachments than the real steal…

How far apart are the holes on the bottom of the hand guard? I have some small rail pieces for m lock, I can measure the spacing of the holes. And with a file, you might be able to make them work.

I measured my PTS mlock 5 space rail piece to be 1.56” between holes….
You would defiantly need to file the rail to fit flush if the holes match.

LT chose a URX rail system...to funny....shows another distribution fail.

G&P Made URX rail segments as well as Dytac (same OEM). But, it's an obsolete system...heck...I threw out my segments in a mystery box over a year ago. But, I'm sure i my have a piece here and there still...like a thumb stop.

You can buy "Real Steel" rail segments. Don't worry the Airsoft one and the RS ones all come from the same plant in Taiwan. You just pay 4 times more for the Real Gun Version, sadly.

    eBay has some too.
