I am a player that is fairly new to airsoft and i currently have a couple assault rifles and a KWA m1911. I am looking for a light gun that would be good for closer ranges and CQB situations. I have been looking at mp5s and mp7s. i am looking for a gun that wont dump the mag in 2-3 seconds. Thats why im not big on the mp7s. Also my budget is around 250$. If you could give me some suggestions that would be appreciated. Thanks!

Ics makes mp5s that are in your price range, if I'm not mistaken.

G&G Combat Machines are cheap, light, and good

The new Lonex M4s look promising. I'd give those a try because I trust Lonex internals completely. Though I don't have experience with these AEGs.

No just no :( he's basically asking for a sub Machine gun. Hence the term cqb. A good mp5 should do good for what your asking.

Thats like saying "You should get a sedan mine is really fast" it gives no actual information on the gun you have because we don't know what gun it is. To the OP my friends JG MP5 is ridiculously solid and would it be a great upgrade platform.

Do you have a gun preference, AK M4 G36 or such. THere are comapct versions of each and Ak has the biggest high cap (Excluding the 1000 round hicap for m4)

G36 and MP5 are the lightest I have found and my overall favorite.

Dumps mags though, I want one that would work out of CQB as well as in it.

It doesn't dump mags use semi if your worried about it.And the rof upgraded with and external battery in a peq the rof would be 20 rps max.

I think they're around $265... You can find a lot of them used for pretty cheap though.
