Welcome, this is where I update my gear and plan future kits that never go anywhere. Let's get started.

    Headgear:
1.Dragon red maritime (bought it for dirt cheap so I don't know the real name but I do know it's legit)
    2. Emerson premium fast helmet (never use this, willing to sell it if anyone wants it)
    3. Bass pro shop DCU hat
4.comtac III's (on the way soon)

    Chestrigs/vests:
    1. Firstspear amphibian in multicam L/G PB
    •Paraclete(all SG): -MSA Double M4 pouches x3
    -Pre-MSA(?) quad fold med pouch
•Firstspear multicam small GP, 6/12 version
    •Flyye AOR1 Large horizontal GP
    • AWS assault pack (basically a yote)
•Firstspear multicam admin pouch, 6/12 version
    2. Custom made multicam chestrig (let's call it the KS)
    • Paraclete MSA double M4 pouches in SG(x3)
    •attached to my AWS yote
    3. AK Chicom

    Shirts:
    1. Crye Precision G3 shirt
    2. Green Haynes (?) T-Shirt
    3. Drug rug
    4. Potomac m81 shirt

    Pants:
    1. Crye Precision AC pants
    2. Toysoldier G3 woodlands (the woodlands are fake not interested)
    3. Red jeans
    4. 5.11 taclite pants

    Boots:
    1. Merrel MOABS

Future kits are undecided as I was thinking about doing a old school CAG kit but that fell through.

Criticism is welcome, constructive of course.

Lol, anyway I just scored an AC shirt for 40 bucks so I'll post pics of it when it arrives.

Here's my most current kit pic. [IMG]
The pack is pantac RG MAP.

Does anyone know about AWS's lead time? It's been roughly a week and half and I haven't gotten a shipping notice yet.

Depends on the product. If business is slow or they already have it in stock, wait time will be lower. If it's not in stock, they'll have to make it which may take weeks. I've heard of people having to wait a month before their AWS gear arrives.

Two or three months is pretty common from AWS.

Well it was in stock, so if that makes a difference I'll let y'all know. Probably wasn't the best idea to order for a trip with said information.

Received the backpack, it has fake webbing but real multicam fabric. Weird, but whatever. Had my TM for 2 weeks, already broke it. That is for the teching section though.

Traded my old Potomac for a Drifire shirt. I like it more than my cryes, because it feels like an actual shirt.

I also started my local kit, I bought a kurta and a few other things. So the role playing will be the main part.

Bedsheet and towel? That would be the easiest...

    Whoops, sorry for threadcrapping.

Zarinas.com has good options for cheap, traditional afghan wear.

Say, would this op happen to take place at Zulu24 on October 11?

The local kit is done for the most part, it's a really cheap kit too. In total it cost me maybe 40 bucks, and it's surprising comfortable to wear.

Shirt was something I found at goodwill.
Hat is a tourist item I got as a gift.

Sorry I don't have better details for you, haha. Although if you'd like I can link you to a site that sells Islamic style clothing.
