is one better than the other? any advantages of one over the other?
no one? twenty characters
I guess an alu nozzle is more wear resistant, but I've never worn out a plastic nozzle. Most manufacturers make plastic air seal nozzles, probably because it's a cheap material and it gets the job done very well.
Plastic air nozzles have a little better speed because tappet plate becomes lighter so less force for the sector gear it's not a huge difference but it's some so for me it's high speed use a plastic dmr use a metal
That sounds logical, an alu nozzle is probably slightly more stable, and that's good in a DMR, you want everything as stable as possible in a DMR.
