I have limeted acces but i didnt do anything wrong, i would like to know how to fix this.
You cannot fix it, it is a problem on the mobile app. Use a computer and then you will have access.

Most every mobile device that can use the ap also likely has a web browser. Use that on your device instead of the ap for things the ap won't let you do on your device.
It's just restricted till I can get it programmed.
