Special Force Gear. Is it possible to buy this somewhere?

I'm new to airsoft and i'm actually looking to bring the airsoft sport into my city. They've never had anything like this before. Only paintball.
Alright! So.
What i wanted to ask is this , Is it possible for me to find this type of gear to buy? If you can please list the names of what i need to buy in order to complete this gear. Image is under.
