Examples might include cheap guns with outrageous starting bids, reserve prices or broken/incomplete auctions or even retailer listings.

There are a few sources on there who I get things from that have been reliable. Although I do laugh at the sheer amount of nonsense that is on that platform. We could probably make a "HopUp Meme" thread and have endless content for it.

I like that the slide release isn't even installed in the photo.

It boggles my mind that some people put that much into an airsoft pistol. Then again there are those who put that much into thier kits in general..

Better yet, I can get the same from my BLS guy for $44/bag w/ free shipping over $75.

Talk about fleecing. I pay $12/bag for .28s vs $28/ bottle from the local fields.

EDIT: just checked and each bag of. 28s is $12.15, and each bag of .48s is $29.70 as of the time I'm writing this. Guy on Hopup is beyond fleecing people. And before anyone says "but he orders from overseas", my guy is Stateside as is the inventory.

I have a some just sitting because my big brain and I thought it would be a good idea to get a set at 2am. Didn't read the fine print and got the wrong set for what I needed...
