Is it normal for a g&g cm16 raider to shoot high? It isn't the hop up, I have tried changing sight up but it doesn't help.

What do you mean by shooting high ?

    High ROF ?
    High FPS ?
High as in to much hop-up and the BB's just curve up

If the last one it's your hop-up or you need to use a heavier BB such as a .25.
Changing your sights doesn't effect the function of the gun.

Thats weird. The hopup nub could be way to low abd not installed properly that happened to me before. .25 bb's were shooting straight up in the air.

Check your hopup. Also get some .25 gram bb's anyway.

Oh well then just adjust your sights. Front and rear. Make the rear sight lower.

    Point > Shoot > Adjust ...
You don't need to use sights / scopes in airsoft unless you are a sniper.
I mean yea a red-dot can help but only if it's sighted in correctly.

This is great advice if you don't like hitting targets. If you do, you'll want to go ahead and use your sights.

Have you tried cleaning your barrel yet? A lot of guns come from the factory with a lot of crud in the barrel and on the hop up. It's always a good idea to clean them out before you do a lot of shooting. That might help mitigate the problem.

Your hop-up nub could be improperly seated. Fairly common with new AEGs.

+1 My JG M16 came with the hop-up nub sideways in the hop-up unit.

Mine came at an angle like instead of it being at the top at 12 it was at 11 I straightened it and my gun shoots further! Thanks!

Each to thier own... I have no problem hitting targets without using sights.
Also how is it bad advice ? If the sight isn't properly sighted in it's pointless to use it...

Hey uh.. I know it's slightly off topic but it also kind of stays on topic..

When i shoot Sig P226, the BBs keep fading to the left. It hits the box I'm shooting at but misses the actual target circle a lot. How can I correct this?

I think it's a Cybergun. And the target is about, I'd say 10-20 feet away
