I have a short somewhere people!!
This happened before and caused my piston to break. I connect my battery and just start firing. I rewired the whole thing and fed pos. neg. and gate to the front of gb. Maybe a wire is pinched somewhere. I just need any help. Ca dsg mp5 by the way.

We need pics of your wiring.

But you said you wired positive, negative, and gate to the front of the gb? I think I understand what you're saying in which case most mosfets require you to run both positives to the contacts as well as the gate.

Can you take pictures of the trigger contacts the fet and where you think the short may be coming from?
The outside of the gearbox doesn't show anything.
    What is the problem?
    Does it not cycle?
    Do you hear a click?
    Do you smell electrical short?
Have you tried pulling the trigger with the motor out?
Saying you think you've got a short is extremely vague.
