So this next vacation, my friends and I are having an airsoft wargame on my friend's place. He has a huge backyard and a very huge area of empty land ideal for airsoft. Some of my friends don't want to allow the use of AEG rifles cause it could hurt most of them. So basically, I'll be using a trusty spinger M4A1 with an effective range of about 100 yards. And since I've been used to AEG rifles since I've been using them in almost all my games (without my friends) I am not really used to fighting with a springer. I need tips, tactics and techniques from you guys on how to play well and win against the other team with a springer M4A1.
    Note
The guns I'll be using are:
-Springer M4A1 (with Vertical foregrip and a red dot scope)
    -CYMA CM.030 Glock 18C AEP
    THANKS GUYS

Bahahhahaha. a springer shooting 100 yards. xD My CYMA M14 doesn't even shoot that far with compression, FPS and barrel mods... Although I wish it did... I'd probably have an easier time moving it. :p

Best tip I can give you is to aim, conserve your ammo, and use the landscape in your favor.

Oh. Yeah. And get a better gun.

Well it appears his friends are chickens. From what I see he has an AEG, but his friends don't wanna play against it.

The only springer M4 that could get anywhere near 100 yards is the TM XM177E2 springer, and it would still be 150 feet short. You are better off using your AEP for the whole game.

    Ok, Here are tips:
    -SAVE AMMO
-Fire only when you have a good enough shot.
-Stay close to other people because springs take a while to reload (So people can cover you)
-Don't try to snipe, Just go in the battle.

    These should help.

Thanks guys for the tips. ;) and for some reason, yes my springer has a max range of 100 ft. but probably usually drops at 85 sometimes. By the way, we're having a debate right now whether we'd allow AEGs or not. Since most people are now agreeing to allowing AEGs in the game, I'm going to use my JG M4A1 (F6604) on the game. Is this gun recommended and good for airsoft wargames? Thanks guys. :)

CHANGES IT TO FEET, NOW DOES HE? Okay, maybe that is possible. Yep, JG M4's are just fine for games.

Honestly, I once had a WELL m16 springer that shot about 150ft accurately. Wait....Nevermind, I was using .12g BBs.

Are you trolling? Why would using .12g bbs make your gun more accurate?

No, As I was writing the status I remembered that I was using .12g BBs. In a springer m16, It wasn't so bad.

Why would someone spend $90 on a spring M4 just because it has Tokyo Marui logos on it?

It's not the logos. It's the quality. A TM spinger will be more accurate and better quality then a spring Crosman.

What age range are we talking here ? By your post I'm guessing you are all very young.

Also you don't have to state airsoft "wargames"... We all know what airsoft is.

I highly doubt you'll find a spring M16 that is full metal.
