I ended up saying F it and dropping 1400 for my outdoor rifle umbrella 650 on thermal scopes torrey pines t12-v and 100 on a ncstar 3x9 gen3 p4 and a ess nvg eyepro and meshmask the rest I got for free as birthday gifts or I am getting woodland cam outfit a Tac helmet, rhino nvg gopro mount , gopro extensions, a picatinny gopro rail mount,a t12-m thermal, and a voodoo crossdraw vest cuz I'm tubby lol i spent all that because I already know I will enjoy my self win or lose and because I am planning long term now out of all of that I'd suggest you buy a t12 thermal for 400bucks or 500 if you really like the sport after a while of playing since I used it at paintball and it made finding targets easy the enemy couldn't really hide and it's a rds thermal so it's sighted for CQB and midrange engagements ....anyone else go all out when going frrom paintball to airsoft? Or am I just weird lol
Please let me know what all you bought when you got into the sport

Wow, that's a lot. You are probably well prepared! :p

I didn't spend much getting into airsoft, but I've spent a decent amount over time. And will probably continue to spend more!

What was your starting setup after all was purchased?
First several years I just used one of several entry-level M4s with a hicap or two and cheap face pro + BDU jacket.
My guns/gear setup has definately improved since then...

Nothing wrong with BDUs. They can be found cheap and are durable and sturdy.

You look like you're having fun there!

I did all day vs a pvt.contractor x seal, and a bunch of marines very good competition I loved it a few army guys rage quit after we got wrecked our first 2 matches I took out 2 first match then second match I didn't get out of spawn then they mixed up the teams after the guys from army left and it was a back and forth game all day and then my last match I took out the entire enemy team by flanking/sprinting right hurting my ankle spilling half my ammo and then shooting a buddy in the back and waving at him shooting the guys next to him the walking in a building said what's up to a enemy he said sup back I said surrender then used the second floor to shoot 5 more guys outside below me and then used my thermal to see the last guys in a adjacent building that was pitch black thanks to sun glare and shade n that's game it was under 2 minutes n cuz I did that I decided I need to buy a gopro for next time
