    Have two questions.

    1) does the rhop lower the fps and if so by how much?

    2) what spring should I get to achieve 500 or a little less fps for a vsr10?

    Nope, doesn't lower fps.

MXXX, the XXX means the velocity in m/s.
    500f[s is roughly 160m/s so m160.

It is a rubber patch that you have to shave down and cut perfectly(very difficult). It basically has a longer contact on the bb then a standard bucking, therefore putting more spin and more steady spin which makes the bb go further and much straighter(if done correctly). But be warned this is not something you just do, it takes lots to get it to be exact and most people can not do that.

Unfortunately I fall in the "can not do" bracket. However, I shall not give up no matter how many z kits and hop up rubbers I go through!
