I don't have much to not like about airsoft. But I have a small list to put together.

-CoD fanboys thinking their pro
-CoD fanboys painting their snipers gold
-People thinking their so pro since they have a uber expensive gun
-Batteries dying in the middle of a game

Thats about it

Wires in an AEG! They cause so many problems.

This thread seems overly negative... but here we go:

Stuff breaks
Always need more stuff
Cost
Hard to get out often
Bad spelin n horble grammirz
Nothing ever works 100%
Morons
Noobs
not newbs though.
Poor view by public
and airsofters themselves.

The cost. I hate the thought of shelling out over $300, or hell even $100... for what's basically a toy. That $200, $300, $400 can go towards something more practical, surely.

The fiddliness of AEGs. Unless you have them shooting a low velocity, they walk a fine line between working and breaking.

The difficulties of getting into an AEG. For a guy like me, the possible complexity and the thought of wasting over a hundred dollars as a result of not being able to get something back together is horrifying.

- zombies
- guys not considering their loadouts with their type of AEGs and fields
- cost of upgrade parts and AEGs itself
- pretenders they are pros

kids who say they know it all..

ak47 variants

the fact nobody makes a kevlar coated piston so I can play a game without stripping something..

-cost

-reliability of weapons some times

-theres always a guy you play with that owns a better performer

-kids at school who think they're 4w50m3 because they own a $100 sporting goods store weapon, plus 4 pistols and 3 shotguns

-kids at school who think the sport is dumb (mainly because of the kids mentioned above)

- it's not cool cuz it dont hurt like paintballz (another common thing i hear when i try talking with my friends at school as others walk by)

- there can never be a good enough performing weapon.

- a lot of hotheads and d**ks play

- the first shot isn't necessarily dead on, like real weapons.

- not any affordable weapons with recoil.

- how expensive a loadout can get.

- there is always someone online who seems like god with 20 high end weapons and all the gear. Then you look at the struggle and money it took to get your one gun and limited gear, and can only simply dream. (thats for me:D)

how expensive upgrades are
shipping
CODSOFTERS, don't even get me started on those morons
how airsoft has a bad public image
SB 798
getting hit on the knucles
morons w/ wal-mart guns who think there cool (people who realize the clear guns are tempermental are fine in my book)

-The cost
-I only get to play a real game once a month if I'm lucky
-"lazy airsofters" i.e. those who just sit behind cover and take russian corner shots all day.
-"timid airsofters" i.e. those who are too afraid to advance, to attack, or basicly do anything other than sit behind cover and avoid getting shot.
-The version 2 gearbox
-Parts compatability is bull****
-The cost
-People who don't call hits
-The fact that there are no cheap FALs, M1 Garands, FNCs, K98ks, Mosin Nagants, PSG1s, CA33s, Beretta M12s, and full sized uzis. I can go on, but companies should branch out and stop making repeats of the same 5 guns.
-M4s
-Magpul
-Magpul-ized M4s
-When people put expensive flashlights and tactical **** on their gun in broad daylight.
-The cost
-The fact that there are no trishot shotguns that aren't M3s or M1014s (even though I run an M3 as a primary, I'd really like to see more variation. Perhaps some mossbergs or remingtons)
-The cost
-People who panic and shoot you point-blank with a high-powered sniper rifle. Still got a mark from that one, and that was well over two years ago.
-Did I mention THE COST?!

I'm sure there's more but I've covered everything I can think of off the top of my head.
