Oh man... I feel terrible for you. That is some bad luck.

I'll start looking for ya.

Edit: This is a next gen TM right? I searched the internet pretty deep and the best I could find is next gen aftermarket m4 lowers. I read something that the next gen m4 lowers are not compatible with the 416 ambidextrous selector. So that might be a issue.

Dont buy anything till some others see this thread.

Yes, this is a TM NGRS HK416D.
I tried looking for a replacement but all the search results showed up as "Out of stock".

That's the same thing I noticed. Makes me wonder if this issue is common. Maybe another brand that's in stock for the 416 exist.

would it be a good idea to try using JB Weld as an alternative?

While you could try, there is a high chance it will just pop apart soon after again.
JB weld on the load bearing piece...no.

You are out of luck. Even in Japan the lowers are hard to find. You could solder and retap it...if you are good enough...

The only other thing I can think of is getting a next gen m4 lower and modifying it to work.

It appears those next gen shells dont have the typical bolt into the gearbox spring guide like a V2 to take some of the stress off the lower reciever.

Yeah, I don't think I'd be capable enough to do that :p

I see.
Someone on reddit also recommended that.
But I also ended up contacting a bunch of sites, including Impulse101's site which replied back that they would be putting in orders for new stock.

Yeah seems involved lol... sanding all paint off... solder it, sand it, repaint... if it was mine I would. But I would know the afterpaint would never last.

Edit: Man now part of me wants to solder a gearbox shut and send it off for a "basic spring upgrade" for sick kicks lol

Seriously though I would find out how you can get a m4 next gen lower to fit that thing.
