I decided to go about this in this fashion before it got out of hand.If any mods are reading this please please delete all my other gun posts in other sub-forums.Ive been at all this for 20+ yrs.I have been fortunate to have been in a position to have never had to sell any of my guns.In that time I have acquired some interesting pieces. Most of my collection are German guns, and HK guns in particular.I got into focusing on them from the first CA G3 I bought yrs ago.I used to play alot more than I do now.Life, and my work schedule had been pretty tough on play time.I still enjoy collecting, and seriously enjoy building one off custom guns. All the builds you will see in this thread were totally built by myself. So without further adieux I think its time to start.First up is my Tanaka M870.When I got this one it was infairly poor shape. The barrel was wobbly from repeated hard racking(a problem with Tanakas)and the rifles overall condition was poor.I disassembled the rifle, and corrected the design flaw which makes the barrel connection to the receiver so weak.I trashed the etock bolt in favor of a PPS metal bolt and steel bolt carriage. The Tanaka M870 is quite literally nearly 100% RS compatible,so the next parts installed were Remington M870 action arms and loading arms.Remington M870 trigger group parts were installed aswell. The having been straightened out mechanically,it was time to work on the outside of it.ICS adjustable AR stock supported by a Mesa Tactical pistol grip adapter.Streamlight forward grip was also added.Combat Hunting MLOK handguard was installed with side saddle for Airsoft Surgeon shells.Irons are unknown, and muzzle brake is unknown

This has been the first post in this thread.Every couple days I'll add a new piece from my collection that I either fully built,or something unique and rare.

I’m not familiar with Tanaka’s 870. How does it shoot? gas in the shell, gas in a reservoir, or spring?
The Tanaka M870 was the very first shell ejecting gas in shell rifle.Tanaka made a couple other models. The model M97 Riot Shotgun, and the M97 Trench Gun.All of them are gas in shell, shell ejectors.

KSC Phase2 Prototype HW.I collect HK guns and needed a few Socom pistols for my collection. This is a replica of the second iteration of the MK23.i always thought it would have been really cool if KSC would have made a replica of the Phase1 with slide lock inside the trigger guard like the original. They never did,and here we are.Its easy to tell the difference between one of these and a MK23.Phase2's have "HK U.S. Govt Calibre .45" on the sides of the slides .TM's also have this.Between the two pistols from a collector standpoint, the KSC is a much nicer pistol.KSC was started by MGC after MGC went bankrupt in the late 90's.They started out as a model gun manufacturer, and got into making airsoft guns ad airsoft came out.Bring a model gun manufacturer, attention to detail was extremely important.Far more detail on a KSC model of this gun than a TM, and made from less plasticy feeling plastic. This one is fully upgraded upgraded and shoots beautifully.Firefly BBU,Guarder 150% hammer and recoil springs plus steel part#15,KN planning inner barrel, and unknown bucking, Zeke Phase2 slide and barrel kit, with KSC correct Socom muzzle brake.

Gen1 VFC MP5 Kurz.In stock form the Gen1 MP5'S from VFC aren't even good enough to be bad.Terrible, ineffective chamber design that requires gun disassembly to adjust.I remedied all that by converting it to a Gen2 chamber and outter barrel. Now by simply removing the handguard its much easier to adjust, and the Gen2 design is far more effective.Inside the chamber sits an ML Deception 70 bucking, and ML CJ 6.01x 240mm barrel.I kept everything else on it Gen1,upgraded Gen1,but Gen1 none the less.Crusader cylinder and bolt head.Bow Master Gen1 aluminum nozzle and Tactical Specialists bolt guides. On the outside it has unknown Kurz Mlok handguard, and MI scope mount base shortened to allow attachment of the ancient First Factory HK traded flashlight mount, with Stresmlight flashlight inside.Steiner red dot sits on top, with an SB Tactical brace out back. After cutting down and re-necking the outer barrel I threaded it for the unknown suppressor.HKParts iron night sights and oversized cocking handle.Mlok forward grip completes the gun

MGC P7M13 standard and Schumacher target custom. Both of these came out in the mid to late 90's.These really showcase MGC's model gun building heritage. The attention to detail is extremely high. Its a real shame no modern manufacturer's have taken up making a modern version.

@Mjolnir.WE G39 LSR.One of WE's best gas rifles I think,a true workhorse. Most WE rifles require a bit of work, and this one is no exception. The sears slowly wear out on these, and the cocking handle, being plastic will fail.I replaced the sears and cocking handle with RA parts.I also installed an RA NPAS nozzle.Inner barrel is an ML CJ 6.01mm bore size with ML Decepticon 70 bucking.Handguard is a Matrix, rifle length bottle opener model with the bottle opener end removed, and the front reworked to conform to the angle of the polymer handguard as closely as possible.Stock is an IDZ replica, and I cant for the life of me remember the specs on the scope.RS G36 extended mag release finishes out the rifle.Handguard has been repainted Duracoat matte black, snd the barrel and muzzle brake painted Duracoat Extreme Tactical Grey.

Falcon P9's and a bonus unknown HK4.These Falcon P9's are among the oldest guns in my collection being made in the mid to late 80's.Falcon originally made springers, and eventually made BV powered guns, with there MP5's being there most famous. These are bb in shell ejector springers made of plastic. For as old as they are detail is actually quite good I think.Loading the shells is exactly the same as loading gas shell revolvers.Racking the slide cocks the spring and ejects the spent shell.Because these pistols are as old as they are I VERY seldomly shoot them. The HK4 is of unknown manufacture it is also a springer, but unlike the P9's is full metal. It is more or less a conventional springer with the bb's being loaded directly in the magazine.Sadly its broken, but I ro have hopes of repairing it to make it functional once again.

WE M14 MCS.I wanted something a bit different than an EBR,and when Cheaper than Dirt had Troy chassis on sale I snapped one up and got to work. The WE M14 is not a 1:1 scale rifle. That being,I had to use an endmill to widen the chassis where the trigger group snaps into it,and the breach fits into it.I also had to notch the underside of the toprail to allow for rear sight clearance. The rifle is upgraded, and has the following ones done to it.RA trigger group, bolt guides, aluminum npas nozzle, and Vortex muzzle brake .I also installed the complete RA bolt release group. An ML CJ 6.01x540 inner barrel paired with an ML Deception 70 bucking completes the upgrade parts.Externally the rigle is fitted with KAC style 300m irons,MAPul UBR,and UTG AR pistol grip.I cutdown an SPR toprail for a scope mount base for the Elcan red dot combo.I use the Elcan as a magnifier for the red dot.I increased the rifles range and consistency by removing the tensioning lugs on the chambers adjustment arm,and attaching a piece of flat brass to the bottom of the adjustment arm to increase its contact length with the bucking. After this I made a curved flatspacer from brass tubing that is the same length as the lines molded into ML buckings, and the same width as the space between the lines. These spacers allow the use of the entire contact patch inside the bucking. With only three clicks of adjustment, this rifle fires .43's at 2j out to 90m's allowing for fairly accurate hits on a 4'x3' target.ALL moving parts save the trigger group have been smoothed, and polished for excellent semi-auto firing. This video I think attests to this:New video by Michael Wells

TK VP70'S.I picked both of these up in Japan a few yrs ago.Being as how these havent been made in many yrs,I thought it prudent to get a second as a parts gun for the first. The pistol with the greyish slide has the Shooters Design slide and barrel installed. Both pistols have Lee Precision aluminum pistons and new orings throughout.Ive been searching around for quite some time now for Freedom Art parts to complete the pistol with the Shooters Design slide.I use only Flon gas in each of these because of there age.Flon as far as I can tell is only slightly more expansive than duster, and gives these old guys a bit more shots. In semi the trigger pull on these is fairly poor IMO,being very much akin to a staple gun. They are however quite fun to shoot in three rd burst.Because they are fixed chambered guns like others of its era, range and accuracy is poor by modern standards.I get around 10-15 meters out of these with accurate shots coming in at less than 5.For there shortcomings Im good with it.I bought these ad part of my HK collection anyway.
