Vorsk Titan HPA

So, got myself a Vorsk Titan 7
Threw in a 180mm CrazyJet Barrel, 50° MRHop Bucking, Guarder HU, Guarder BBU, Guarder Nozzle and a Begadi Piston Head, works just fine playing on HPA at pretty much bang on 100 PSI
Currently doing 1.1J without adjusted Hop Up and roughly 1.2 with HopUp in the middle position with 0.28's, Plan is to be right under 1J with 0.3's, I doubt just going up that bit in BB Weight will reduce the FPS enough ( Don't have any here to test sadly )
Buddy of mine told me that shortening my Nozzle Spring by a tiny bit could help though I'm not too sure about that.
Would short stroking help by allowing me to reduce Pressure considering the Slide has to recoil less to be cycle fully?
Any other tips would be very much welcomed

Not really short stroking is a travel distance issue.
The thought was that by short stroking and reducing the travel distance I could reduce the operating pressure.

That said I just looked up the Begadi NPAS, that would probably work just fine.
Main function of short stroking is for reducing time in returning to battery.
Can you just not turn the pressure down and shoot a lower weight bb? Or do you need to shoot 70M?
On my Field they Chrono with 0.3G's and considering I'd otherwise need a Backup to play anyway, the goal of 1J on 0.3G's is just so it counts as a backup on my Field, lowering it below stops it from fully cycling
And now you are in the realm of system balance.

While you chrono with .30 it doesn't mean you have to shoot .30. So if you get it working the way you want at a lower parameter...it does not matter what the upper limits are.

Do you realize that when the slide starts going back, your gbb is already disconnecting the air source. Thus that is why travel distance has no major bearing on lower fps.

Your issue is your shooting a really heavy bb for a gas pistol

More mass requires more pressure to get moving, thus it's a higher level of start-up pressure needed.

Plus at 1J, your are only shooting ~81M/S which is rather slow and at long ranges, one can step out of the way of the shot...granted you get more range...so operating range is a factor too.

One shouldn't just shoot heavy bbs because one can...it's a balance of effective range versus maximum range...

As for springs...there are two springs in a nozzle.

The one for the "flute" valve and one for the nozzle itself. Which one is he talking about?

If you reduce the flute valve spring, you will allow the valve to close more quickly and that lowers the barrel pressure...but then your fps on the bb will drop also.

Good point on the Slide part, not so good on the shooting with under .30's part, my Field chronos midgame with the BB's People use, so at whatever point I Chrono above 1J with lighter BB's I'm back to square one.
No, you misunderstand...set your GBB up to the lower threshold, say .20g.

Then load a .30 and see what your reading is...I bet you will be under 1J

u wont be more joules for testing at lighter bb..
