So today I started working on turning my VSR-10 into a lefty-friendly gun (since I'm left handed  ). I'm almost done. As you can see in the pictures, I am able to unscrew the bolt and flip it back around to be right-handed. I just need to do some sanding and painting!
    What do you think?...

DO SHARE! If I ever get a sniper rifle, this would be the best thing about it (I'm lefty too). I really don't like the look of the Echo 1 ASR, this mod could actually get me interested in sniping after I play some more.

Hey CQB, very well done man. CTAC, huh. Your Canadian, right? You get the rifle from BuyAirsoft over in RedDeer?

The ASR also has a plastic buffer tube that's wobbly, feels cheap and is pretty much impossible to replace.
BTW, your signature is my favorite on AS.

Yes, and yes. I'm pretty sure this gun is basically a re-brand of a clone... maybe a Bravo or something...

Cool man, I just live on the edge of Edmonton. Are you from RedDeer?

Anyway, I remember when I bought my vsr clone from BuyAirsoft. At that time it was called a TSD SD702, but its just a rebranded Well MB07. Yours is probably something like that.

If you mean what I think you mean by 'locking mech', you just have to unscrew the back of the bolt and take of the... cap thing, then take the bolt handle out, find the notch that stops it from flipping around, cut the notch off, and put the handle back on the other way.... If that makes sense.

Would it be a bad idea to cut these out?
