Someone asked a similar question a couple weeks ago, and honestly it's the same answer...
Most stores will take part, other stores won't. BUT keep in mind many items are controlled by MAP pricing. That is to say, they can only be discounted to a certain amount, even with coupon codes and such. Best advice, research the going for the item and see just how MAP controlled it is.

Most of the big airsoft retailers do black friday as well as Cyber Monday and other holiday sales. Exactly what's going to be on sale is beyond me. Best thing to do is sign up for their newsletters and watch the site(s) and their social media pages.
The days leading up to AND the day of (and after), you'll see spontaneous advertisements for basically fire sales and such.
And then again, a few retailers may not even do anything big.
The thing to remember is that there are MAP prices. So not everything can/will be heavily discounted, which can easily be a deal breaker for some. But keep and eye out on them.

But if you're asking me personally, I'd wait til Black Friday before buying anything new honestly. Sales will likely start the week of Thanksgiving and a few will likely continue into the new year.
