I have a WE 1911 that isn't functioning properly. I fill it with gas for about 5 seconds. Then it will shoot about 2 BB's then it will shoot nothing for about 2 shots then all of the gas just releases out of the sides of the slide! Please help! Thanks!

Is this a continues problem or did it happen once and you've left it alone?

Inspect the magazine, you could have a broken magazine lip, or a blown seal.

I'm not as familiar with GBB pistols, how can I tell if either of those have happened?

It's continuous, it happens every time I try to put BB's through it. I don't think I have ever gone through a whole mag without it doing that and me eventually having to refill it with gas just so it can do it again!

Are you using green gas or propane with silicone oil? Because you know, once you get gas through the seals, they freeze and harden. If there is no lubricant to protect them and to help to create a seal, all the gas will just hiss out of the gun.

I was using propane but now I'm using green gas.

When using propane, did you mix it with silicone oil?

Huh... Take the valves out of the gun and check the seals.

Disassemble the magazine and check the o-rings for damage.
