There have been some questions pertaining to wether or not a chest rig would be better than a vest.

As an example, since I live in Miami Florida i am planing on purchasing a chest rig because using a vest will make you sweat... A lot. I would like some help finding a good quality chest rig around the price range of 40-60 dollars, it would really help me a lot.

Look around in the clothing/gear section. Gotta be something there.

If your budget is $40-$60, you're much better off getting a chest rig regardless of the weather because you simply can't get a good vest for that price. Chest rigs use less material, and usually require less engineering and production costs, which means they're generally cheaper at a given quality level.

Something like this, for example, is really well made and versatile:

A couple other options in your price range here:

I'm mostly pointing you toward FLYYE and Pantac brand stuff because they make some of the best affordable gear on the market. You can also check out some real steel gear at places like www.skdtac.com. I know they have a couple of EI chest rigs right in your price range.
