A short video we made to push our airsoft events that we arrange about once a month on our fields in northern Sweden. Features players from Section Sevn and other local teams.

For those interested in this kind of stuff, it was filmed with a Sony A65 running on a Glidecam HD rig, and with glass ranging from the kit lens to a 14mm wide angle.

SkyWaffl3, I'm using After Effects for grading and other post tasks, and Premiere for editing.

Beautiful cinemetography. The angles were perfect. Wish I could come but the cost fora weekend overseas is a bit much right now...

You are all very welcome to come play if you ever do make the paddle across. Airsoft has really boomed in this area (speaking about "boom" in terms of the Swedish boonies here :) ) in the last year so it's pretty exciting being in the middle of that.

My 68-year old mother-in-law just came to visit from MI. Granted that she didn't make the trip to play airsoft, but still. She should be an inspiration to each and all of you. ;)

Very cool, beautiful cinematography, great angles music matched prefect with the action. One of the best airsoft videos I've ever seen. I also like how you kept it airsoft by not adding stupid bullet effects. Well done sir, well done.

Thanks! It's really tempting to do that kind of stuff especially when you're a video game dork like me, but then I think you might as well just cover up the markings and make an action short without the airsoft connection. We wanted it to be airsoft, a pretty amped version of it but still unmistakably airsoft. I'm happy that it's appreciated.

Just to be clear, I have nothing against when others do it. It just didn't feel like the right approach for this video.

A couple more shots, from a smaller game using a part of the game area

Raw footage from the Flashpoint 5 event. No grading, no music, just raw cuts.

Thanks! I'm hoping I can make something a bit more thorough for games next season, a better mix of in-game footage and more documentary-style content.
