It honestly just looks like you took a bunch of guns you thought looked cool and made them into a list.

There's no way you have experience with all of these and your recommendations are hardly justified.

I began doubting it when neither of the 'cqb' shotguns were trishots or sub-400fps...

Edit: ....and most of the pistols are WE and KWA....nopenopenope

I agree with infidel and marine. I mean, for pistols you left out kjw, Tokyo marui, maruzen/marushin, ect. and you didn't have a single tri-shot shotgun. The two you recommended are over 400 fps. I can't think of a single cqb place that allows 400 fps guns. You really could of done better.

OP, no offense, but this list is more biased than correct. Looking at your pistols, it's easy to see that some closed-minded simply told you that KWA makes the best pistol and anything else is subpar to their performance. I glanced at your rifles, then noticed a continuous trend. I thought it would get better in the end, but it got much much much worse with your selection of DMRs and sniper rifles, to which you made zero reference to upgrading or modification, which is needed 90% of the time with both.

The long-short of it, I would usually correct your title by saying you mean "newb", but after going through your list, no correction is needed [refer to my sig].
This is far from a good list. This is more on the lines of a list of cool looking guns that Evike sales made by someone who's simply partial to Evike. Gotta expand your horizons, educate yourself on all things, and learn what makes a gun good, great, and excellent.
And please don't take this as a bashing, but more on the lines of me wanting to break down your seemingly belief that good guns look cool so we as a forum and people can properly educate you on what actually makes up a good gun so you don't continue to fall to the path of wrong or invalid information.

Yeah, I can see what your saying,
(I did call some of them eye candy) also im not in any way supported by evike, however, I am a supporter of evike. So far they have had the best service per price. Airsoft gi follows closely.
I would've expanded on the pistols, but there's just too many good ones by we-tech. I had spent about 2hrs making this and I would've spent a lot more if I had listed all of them. So I just mentioned a few pistols that I own or have used or have seen used on the field. (Those KWA's)

Evike literally has thousands of guns.
So to make things easier. I listed guns I know would be good. (This was to shorten the amount of time it would take to make the list.

I can only think of three items on that list i haven't shot, seen shot, or been shot by, on that list.
    The MSR.
And both CQR guns on 200+ for CQB/C

This "article" seems biased because I am listing guns I know are good.
Also made sure every gun I listed had a full metal gearbox.
Please note I never said that if the gun wasn't on the list then it wasn't good. I was just simply guiding a newer player I. A good direction.
Rather than describe what a good gun is, just show them a what a bunch of good guns look like.

So being shot by a gun means you know all about it and would recommend it?

You mainly ignored our points here and seem to think our argument is that you're missing guns. The major argument is that you're
A.) Mislabeling guns, your DMR section just has random AEGs that semi look like DMRs but are hardly DMRs.
B.) Included a lot of guns that I personally don't understand, what makes you think that the CA sr25 isn't better than the G&G sr25? And if you agree then why is the G&G sr25 on this list?

Also, shooting a gun, being shot by, and seeing a gun being shot does not make you a fit expert on the gun.

Just by you saying "I made sure every gun I listed had a full metal gearbox" makes me suspect you're not quite as experienced as you'd like to seem.
Also, just curious, why do you think a GBB 500+ dollar gun would be a good investment for a newer player >>

You actually have something useful to contribute or just your usual crap?

OP, delete WE from your list of pistols as a whole.

For the DMR section, I put guns down that would be good starters for a DMR project. I personally own a cyma m14 with $450 dollars put into it.
And by saying that I meant I've Been on the files with them and know their capabilities. At the field I go to, there might be 100 people there. If your at the two day real-sims then you pretty much get to say hi to everyone and look at thier gun. If you would like me too, I can personally go through the list and say how I know this gun. For each gun.
There will be a few in the 200+ field rifle range that I haven't experienced.
Oh the gas m14... 500 dollar thing.
That is a beast of a gun. I've never seen one in person but if you watch deadeus on YouTube then you'd understand why it's there.

No offense, but the list was quite incomplete and in many ways simply not good.

I won't debate on retailers, because it really is a to each his own type thing. The problem is the guns listed.
Is KWA a good pistol manufacture, yes definitely, but there are others that give KWA a run for the money if not are better for less money.
I won't touch WE-Tech manufacturing good pistols, aside from their Hicapas, there's not much they consistently do correctly.

My point, OP, your inexperience and lack of airsoft knowledge is very apparent, especially since you're basing them on ensuring that the guns listed have full metal gearboxes. What I'm trying to say is whether you're a newb or noob, you have very much to learn about the internal workings of an airsoft gun and what makes one better than the other. And simply shooting and handling a gun for a couple games doesn't give ground in regards to say what caliber an airsoft gun is. It simply tells you the gun is working and shoots. With that irrational thinking one could get a $50 gun from eBay with a full metal gearbox and shoot it then say it's an awesome gun.
OP, honestly and truly, if you're going to post something like this on a large worldwide forum, you can't half-step. You have to go all out, you have be be concise, you have to have everything there or your half idea will simply be torn to shreds.

So what? looking at their gun for all of 15 minutes makes you an expert on it?

Again, I'd like to hear your reasoning for the G&G/CA/A&K thing here, why would you recommend one over the other?

And watching youtube videos? Yeah no.

No, I would not recommend one over the other. It's not my job to pick someone's gun, I'm just simply listing a number good guns and letting the reader go from thier.
You'd be surprised what you can learn in 15 minutes. The field I play on has a shooting range at it, so usually if your talking to someone about their gun, they are gonna be proud of it and want to show you what it can do so you shoot it at the range with them.

Aren't you recommending guns over others by putting a list like this out there

And no, 15 minutes on the range with homie-the-clown and his weapon that's his baby means nothing.

Have you seen deadeus <--(that isn't spelled right but that's about what it sounds like) me and two of my friends have all come close to buying one. So he isn't the only source of info. People similar to you probably did those reviews for the gas m14 and are good people wanting to show the goodness of the m14.

So what exactly is the point of this then? These recommendations seem to be unfounded as you aren't even recommending them over another thing?

Yeah, field I play at has a range too, tons of players are proud of their average guns and love to show em off. The very same players think I'm some sorta sniper since I carry around guns with 20 inch barrels. They're not suited to recommend either.

All I'm hearing from you is "I hear this gun is good so I think it's good" as oppose to knowing it's good because of hard facts.

I never once said this list was complete. In fact I said the opposite.
    Careful who you call homie-the-clown

If you want to, you can go as far as to make the all-inclusive list of good airsoft guns for both starters and experienced players. But the truth is, you can't.
Opinion will always stop you from doing that. But what you can do, (what I have done) is make a list of guns that you think are good.

Then don't do that and list a bunch of facts that are non-opinionated about the guns instead of just saying they're good.

Do you consider watching the bb fly far, and feeling it hurt from a long distance. Or hearing and watching a gun pump 30 rounds out a second hard facts?
