What is it and how do I fix it?
...I would assume just a broken stock which you could fix by getting a new stock what context is the term used in?
It's a stock assembly that is broken.
And you fix it by fixing the broken part.
Or replacing the broken part.
Or replacing the broken stock assembly with a new stock assembly that is not broken.
That does not help one bit
your question makes no sense. is your stock broken or not?
What gun is it? And what specifically is broken?
The gun is an AK47 and it has a broken stock assembly
I'm reading it online right now it says broken stock assembly
So you are reading about a gun with a broken stock assembly. Either that or you are once again trolling and a ban needs to be handed out.
he wont get banned for trolloling. mods dont have the nuts, washers and bolts to issue that.
I just want to know how to fix it
First of all you did not supply nearly enough information for you question to be answered.
What type of stock does this ak have?(skeleton, folding, full etc.)
In what way is it broken?(snapped off, cracked etc.)
Why did you not post a link to this gun?(this would have made questions 1 and 2 not necessary and wasted a lot less time)
And second are you even asking a serious question or just trying to be annoying?
Wire stocks can't easily be fixed.
Fixed stocks, and non-wire folding stocks have simple mounting hardware. Unless you broke off one of the mounting tabs, you buy a new stock, take the skrews out of the old one, take it off, put the new one on, throw the old skrews in.
Also, if you're wondering why people are being rude to you, we needed way more info in your first post in order to help you. Broken stock assembly is not a piece of terminology that means anything to us, honestly I still don't know specifically what type of problem you're having.
Buy a new stock or fix the part that is broken.
In all seriousness we need more info. This is why you are getting a lot of flame. You have to help us so we can help you. What exactly is wrong with the stock ? Does it not retract / doesn't fold / etc... Broken stock assembly isn't acceptable. We need to know the exact problem.
Vague answer to a vague question seems fair enough.
You want a more detailed answer? Pose a more detailed question...
It is a full stock and all the website says is broken stock assembly
....So you don't have the gun? Stop wasting our times with useless threads. I can name more then a dozen guns that have full stocks.
Can you be at least somewhat more descriptive? Maybe a link would help.
What website are you talking about? Is this your gun? A graveyard gun? Does this gun exist? Is it a hypothetical part of a story? Most importantly of all, why don't you call someone associated with the website, and bother them instead of me?
Learning time. Lets break the words down together.
Stock (gun stock). In reference to a gun.
Noun. The stock or support in which the barrel of a shoulder weapon is fixed.
Noun plural. An assembling or coming together of a number of persons or parts, for a particular purpose.
Now to fix it, buy a new one? A boneyard gun? Or if they sell the stock alone.
