Where to but a 9.6v large type battery for cheap?

    Don't know how... I'll say $40 budget and hopefully cheaper than that.

    Elite cells are great, much better than both the Tenergy and Intellects I've used. As for which battery you should buy, that depends on your gun and how it stores its battery.

    This. I own one of their batteries wired to deans and I am more than pleased with it.

    I was told not to by someone on here. (forgot the name but, he is semi-popular on here in my opinion)

    7.4 are cheaper and come in wide variety of discharge rates. I have been using 7.4s at discharges up to 35c in tuned stock guns with no issues for years. It's a agreed upon fact that 7.4 LiPo>9.6 NiMH in most aspects.

    Euhda is very popular on hear IMO.
