How new are you? Novice, intermediate, or brand new to airsoft?
Intermediate, looking to replace my low end jg
It depends! If you go on outdoor airsoft fields or a wide open place you go to,I suggest the ak47 Kalashnikov. If you mostly go on an indoor airsoft like CQB, then go with the other one.
Neither of those are really a large step up from a JG. I would suggest buying upgrades for your JG instead.
He can get whichever he wants. OP, I'd look into a CYMA AK instead.
I'd look into upgrading the JG...for $200 you could hire a tech (not Evike or ASGI, maybe a local guy or search online for someone) and have him install some pretty decent parts. Assuming it'll be $50 for labor, you could get tuning done, a $60 metal receiver, a Lonex A1 motor ($45), deans ($2), a Systema bucking ($8) and a Madbull 6.03 TBB ($35). The end result would be much better than a Combat Machine or a Softair AK.
Upgrading isn't really what I was thinking of
Well neither of those are a step up from a JG, actually I'd say a JG is better than both your options. Look at something higher quality like a Classic Army.
Yep....your JG is better than both of them.....
CA, eh, not really much better....
I'd just use that $200 for some tuning, modifications, upgrade and most importantly, new set of skin.
Most non experienced players dont want upgrades they want a new gun. Answer the guys question, dont tell him to upgrade...
$200 could get ya a King Arms, which are a good high quality rifle.
Cousin had bad experience with his ka m4 I was looking at this? And then buying some accessories for it
For that price I'd wager that's a Classic Army sportline, which isn't good. If you can go to $250 you can get a G&P which are some of the best rifles on the market.
Was it the plastic body one? I've had mine for 3 months now and it works fine. P.S. it's stock
Awesome I would first like to narrow down the model first I'm thinking m14, variant of m4, or some odd end like a fal or something what model would you recommend?
An m14 is not an m4/ m16 variant. If you do get an m14 go with a CYMA.
Edit: disregard the first part. And word your sentences less awkwardly.
If you want an M14, then CYMA. I still don't get why you don't want to hire a tech to upgrade your gun for you. Unless you live in the middle of nowhere and are not allowed to ship your gun out for whatever reason, it's a much better option than buying a new gun. Only other good option I could think of is a G&P after coupon codes.
These any good?
I would go ICS.(15 jolly ranchers)
