Can i attach a scope?

Can anyone look at the TSD m116 and tell me if I can buy and attach a scope to it? I will buy it from airsofteverything.com if I can attach one so you can search that website to see it. Under the picture it says scopable: no. It doesn't make sense to me to make a sniper that you cannot attach a
Scope to. Please help. Thanks

Yes it comes with a rail system and you can attach a scope like I did with mine.

Without the rail attached it isn't scopeable.

And that site isn't very good/ accurate.
