You can but most people advise against it for 2 reasons. First the gun can shoot 650+fps and that is to hot for most fields. Second the co2 conversion makes the fps very random, you can have a 40+fps difference in each shot. This makes the grouping of you shots and hopup adjustment suffer greatly.

First question is why do you want a miracle barrel? Please, without starting any sort of argument with other users just do not get it. You can get a much more quality barrel for the 70 dollar price tag on a miracle barrel. I would recommend either a prommy or even a Madbull. Please use search function to further expand your knowledge on the miracle barrel.

As a past svd owner (i regret selling it) i will heavily advise against it. There is a reason you cant find the kits and that is because they are very temperamental and a really really big pain in the *** to install. There is no use for that high of FPS and it make your gun extremely loud. Like approaching .22

Anyway there my say. I wouldnt recommend it at all

Yes, Evike sells a conversion kit, but I personally have no idea how to install it. It's about 60 dollars plus magazines.

It if its a spring A&K SVD he is upgrading. The conversion kit substitutes for the bolt itself. And then uses the same mag as before but it isnt worth a damn so

Its not Blowback if thats what your wondering. But i guess you can feel it a bit when the CO2 piston hits the cylinder head cause it has a bit of heft. No real kick or anything though but it does make for a light bolt pull cause the spring is very light behind the piston assembly.

Huh. That's my biggest gripe with the GBB SVD's they are mostly half stroke. Airsoft GI had a video of the recoil and he's just standing there firing with this bored look on his his face.

If you want a full bolt travel GBB Dragunov look for the WE ACE Dragunov. Full Bolt travel with a decent amount of recoil and its actually usable.

I too was interested in the CO2 bolt way back when it came out, and I'm glad I waited. It's horrible.

Yeah maybe if you are swimming in cash. The cheapest WE Tech rifle I've ever seen was about 250 and that was a KAC PDW. The SVD's run around the high 300-400 dollar range from my understanding.
