If you have the ESS Turbofans or any of the Profile NVGs, I do not believe you can replace the foam. At least not through ESS, though it is possible they might offer to replace them. They do have excellent CS. To be honest, if the foam is making direct contact with your face, the sweat should not leak into the goggle. It should instead be soaked up by the foam. If you do want to replace them anyway, I guess you could try a ski shop.

Your fan might not be turning on. I have the Turbofans as well, and the goggles would start to fog when the fan turned off. The fan drone would eventually disappear and I wouldn't notice it. You just need to turn it on and make sure it stays on the highest setting. Also, some heavy duty anti-fog gel will go a long way. I sweat profusely as well, and I used the McNett Op Drops to supplement the fan initially. However, I found that only dedicated scuba-diving goggle anti-fog gel would keep my goggles clear. The issue with the scuba-diving gel is that it can irritate your eyes, but since the goggles are far enough away from your eyes, you should be fine. Just don't use that stuff on glasses.

 

thanks, ESS did get back to me and they said I can send them in to be repaired... So after my next game I will send them... i will also try to get that gel.... hope i can find it.

Definitely! I once asked ESS CS if their Airsoft Cortex Clip would fit on their Asian-Fit Profile goggles. They told me they didn't know and sent me a free Profile with Cortex Clip to find out for them. I've been a die-hard ESS fan ever since.
