Hey guys, I was opening up my m16 gear box to just come across 2 stripped screws on it, they are "star" heads and I have tried a mix of things to try and remove them. One of my ideas was to put in a screw driver and fill in the head with crazy glue and make my own cast with it and see if I can unscrew it that way, I would appreciate any feedback. PS its a v2 gearbox if that matters

Put a rubber band on the head of the screw and unscrew it as normal. The rubber band should act as a filler for the head and it should come right out.

If you had a dremel, I was going to recommend to cut a straight notch along the head of the screw and then use a flat head screw driver to unscrew it from the shell.

I've seen 10-20$ kits at places that are supposed to work, but idk if they do because I have no experience with them.
