There are multiple ways that you can go about this, and each one is different than the next. However, there are only a few
smart ways to go about this, and I am going to tell you of the one that has worked for me the most successfully. There are two different ways to do this particular maneuver, and I will do my best to explain each way.
Option One:
What You'll Need:
- Fragmentation Grenades
- Smoke Grenades
- Anywhere from 1 - 4 teams of men
To start off with, you're going to want to have your teams flank the bunker; draw their fire if you have to. I have done this most successfully with 1 team in front of the bunker, and 2 teams flanking around either side of it. Keep in mind, that this may take some time, but your teams need to move
FAST before the enemy catches onto your plan.
You want your team(s) to get as close to the entrance(s), or target(s) of opportunity, as quickly, yet stealthily as possible; losing men on these squads will cripple the attack completely. This is where radios come in handy; hand signals probably will not work, because the smoke will obscure your vision, however, if all else fails, you can use the good old fashioned wind pipes!

The teams do not have to be
right at the entrance(s), but they need to be able to move in readily.
Now that your teams are into their position(s), you need to eliminate as many of the enemy force inside of the bunker, as you can,
BEFORE you attack! This is where the fragmentation and smoke grenades come into play. You'll want to time this just right; you want to get the smoke grenades out, and
just when the smoke starts to leave the grenade and spill into the air, toss your grenades in. Now, this might be hard if the only way to get them in is through "slits", so you may have to use the entrance(s) to toss them through. The bottom line, is once they are distracted by the smoke, hit them with the grenades. Once they are distracted by the grenades, they will panic. Once the grenades go off, move in, and clear the bunker. Voila!
Option Two:
What You'll Need:
- Snipers and Marksmen
- Support Gunners or a few people with a lot of mags
- Anywhere from 1 - 4 teams of men
In this method, you're more or less doing the same as in the previous method, without the help of any grenades, fragmentation, or smoke. Now, the concept is the same, so I will copy and paste the parts that I can, to save myself a tiny bit of time and effort.

Once your teams are in position, you're going to need to distract the enemy, as much as possible, so that your teams can breach the entrance(s). This can be done a variety of different ways, but the easiest way is with your snipers or marksman, so that is where they will come in. This is also where your support gunners and people with a lot of mags will come into play, so have them ready to reign ammo onto the bunker. They will want to aim for the enemies view points; the "slits", the entrance(s), etc. Just get their heads down, and keep them down.
Have the gunners, snipers, and marksman open fire; have your teams know that they are to move in, once they hear all of these teammates firing at the target building. They need to breach the entrance(s)
IMMEDIATELY and start clearing the building. Once they have breached the entrance(s), your distraction team (of support gunners, snipers, and marksman) needs to move in
IMMEDIATELY! This will overwhelm the enemy, and swamp them with hordes of troops coming to clear them out.
This has never failed to work for me, though Option One has
always been more effective, because of the aid of smoke and fragmentation grenades. Either way, as long as you plan, and execute this maneuver perfectly, you will have your target building secured in no time, with minimal friendly casualties. Go get 'em!
I hope that I have been of some help!
