I have a gun wired to deans I bought a Dean to tamiya connector cord and it doesnt work. Do I have to have a deans battery??
Your fuse probably blew or the GB is locked.OzoneAirsoft said:Well it weird I got the connector and I plugged the battery in fully charged it shot twice then sounded like it died out.
That sounds like a short. Take the motor out and see if it spins. If it does, the GB is locked, if it doesn't, your either your motor shorted or your wiring has some problems.OzoneAirsoft said:It doesnt have a fuse so it must be the GB and when I go to shoot it just clicks as if there is no battery
Well one was disconnected but it shoots when i put the lid or what it may ever be called back on it doesnt fireThat sounds like a short. Take the motor out and see if it spins. If it does, the GB is locked, if it doesn't, your either your motor shorted or your wiring has some problems.
Then that was the problem.OzoneAirsoft said:Thank you so much one of the cored were disconnected to the motor
WEll It wont shoot when I put the cap back on... I cant even pull the motor out of the gun. Then that was the problem.

He means the battery, that's why he said to replace ALL the connectors.OzoneAirsoft said:My gun is wired to deans.....
Well no matter now the gun is up for sale i dont want to deal with it anymore.Exactly, if you use a Tamiya to Deans adapter, that removes the point of having a Deans connector on your gun.
