**Please note, Pictures will be added soon.

I made an order with eHobby Asia March 26, roughly 7am EST...
A gun and an additional mag.

The order process went well, was a bit surprised by the $40 standard shipping charge. When I compared it to local state-side sellers, the FULL amount of the order and shipping was roughly the base price of the gun alone state-side, so comparing Apples to Apples I was accepting of this.

I finalized my order through Paypal (I a Paypal-whore) and the eHobby Order Confirmation actually beat the Paypal confirmation. That doesn't happen often.
During the payment process, I was given an option of canceling the order if an item is on backorder, waiting it out, or receiving store credit. I chose to cancel the order and receive a refund. I was also able to leave additional instructions. So in my simplest English I said if one item was backordered cancel the entire order and refund me. No sense in having a magazine without the gun.

Anyways, 13hrs later I see my order is still in the processing stage. Not a big surprise. My order went in roughly 7pm China Time, and it's currently roughly 8am China Time, so I expect to wake up and see my order either being packed or about to be shipped.
I've been instructed the average shipment time to my location is 5-7 days (I chuckled).

Though the high risk made me a bit uneasy...

Shipping was done via UPS, which thoroughly surprised me. I was expecting standard Postal-type shipping. That $40 for shipping started looking a bit better. I know this is one of the key things MOST of you are waiting on, so here it is... The FULL tracking info as per UPS. Please note, ALL times and dates are local in regards to the item's location.

Roughly 36hrs for UPS to get my order, 3 days for it to reach my door step.
I was in disbelief as I was expecting AT LEAST 2 weeks shipping.

Now for the next thing you all are waiting on... the item.

The packaging of the gun: eHobby Asia colored over ANY trademark info. The top and ALL side have little black etches where I assume "Sig" or "Sig Sauer" was once written on the box.
Upon opening the box to expose the gun, there was black tape covering the gun's trademarks. The tape was secure enough to keep itself attached, but removing it was not a problem one bit. In fact I didn't even have to use my nails, the nubs of my fingers did the job. The tape didn't leave residue or any evidence that tape was once there. Below the tape, the trademarks.

In all, they exceeded my expectations. I'd definitely order from them again, BUT I would compare their prices with shipping to the state-side prices. Shipping is self-explanatory, quality is self-explanatory (as soon as pics are shown).

Final Grade: A Solid A.
I'm quite impressed.

**** All times are in EST unless otherwise specified.

Nice review, I've considered ordering from them a few times but never went through with it.

Here are the pictures... Sorry about the size, uploaded from my mobile device. But then again, the size will help you really see and understand my main points as well as you can see the tape "hiding" the trades as well as what they look like once te tape has been removed.

Of course if there are any questions, feel free to ask or PM me. I'll try to answer as best as I can relating to my personal order that is.

Ehobbyasia.com is great I almost always order from them because they're usually the cheapest and have great sales ($90 beta project gbb kit for Masada before shipping) plus they have decent inventory though 1/3 the stuff is out of stock.

My packages never seem to even be opened by customs and they guarantee to replace or refund your order in the event of a customs seizure (to USA anyway).

I know that this is quite an old thread. But being that I just ordered from them the other day I have a question. Regarding the orange tip, was it painted on or is it part of the gun originally. Also, if it was painted, how hard was it to take off assuming you did?
Old? This thread is 2weeks young, plus your question is somewhat relevant.
The orange tip is a part of the outer barrel. That is to say it's one full piece. I couldn't find any meshing or fusing to say otherwise.

I have heard cases of other customers buying a different gun and the orange tip came right off with little to no effort. So that being said, I'm led to believe that each gun is a case by case basis.

Thanks for the info. Hey, iv'e been on tons of forums where people were anal about a 2 week old thread.

I second that, on some forums after 2 weeks a thread is considered dead never again to be revived.

On topic I've received two full replicas from Ehobbyasia.com. A FPG had paint on the front of the reciver like you see on US retaile sites, had to scrape it but came off easy. A PTS Masada, they had glued the flash hider on, 2 min under a hairdryer and it came off no problem but it includes a black flash hider so it may be easier than others. Definitely depends even on who is working to make them USA import friendly that day, and the item itself.

This forum doesn't have a necro rule. BUT don't go to a 2yr old thread where someone is asking how to fix a gun and try to help them, odds are they've fixed the problem or found another solution. aka use some common sense.
