Electric pistol? Why would you want such a thing? There really aren't many good ones out there. For starters avoid any blowback AEPs, avoid them like an ex-gf with Black Plague and and diet bacon. Just no.... And there are zero exceptions to that, not even if it's an electric blowback TM pistol.

That leaves you with a simple AEP, and in that case, TM is OK as well as the CYMA Glock 18 and P226. But even then, they have a VERY low velocity 180FPS with .2g BBs if I remember correctly. Keep in mind most players wear gear, so they most definitely will not notice the hit let alone feeling it.
Often the next thought is, "OK, well let's upgrade the AEP". In short, good luck with that. Very few pieces, even fewer guides. Unless you're replacing the entire mini-plasticky gearbox or modding the battery for a faster response/rof, there's not much else you honestly can do with the gun.

All that being said, get a nbb gas pistol.. Y&P Makes a fun USP that's cheap and pretty darn effective, as well as your local Wal-Mart sells a pretty decent H&K CO2 USP. There are others, but I'm a USP fan and those are on the top of my head at the moment.

I leave you with this. Unless you're ONLY planning on plinking targets in your backyard, or occasionally shooting your little brother because he's annoying you, you simply won't find much else EFFECTIVE use of an AEP.

For cqb aeps are fine, u don't need the range or any gas. I would suggest a cyma aep. And it's more like 225 fps. Plus u get 750 rpm in a pistol sized package.
