that just looks like the mock extractor. if anything you'd just have to tighten it down with its screw because it legitimately does not do anything.
not too familiar with EF Glocks but I've seen some Glock clones where the mock extractor just sits freely in the slide assembly. if that's so with the EF then u don't have to worry about it

 

+1 looks like the extractor. On the EF g19 it isn't even screwed in, slides into a cutout and is held in place by the side of the BBU. Not sure if the g17 is similar? You might be able to find a parts / exploded diagram for your specific model and generation to see how it's supposed to be installed?

How loose is the slide? It is normal for there to be a little play in it, especially if the gun has been in the field for a while.

The slide is kind of wobbly like when I shake it the slide makes a noise with the insides of the pistol

Where do I screw it I'm fairly new to airsoft and I do not have a key like airguns so how do I de assemble it???

Umarex/EF products are mass produced and failed units are "hand fitted" to pass minimal operating parameters and thus can be sold. They make to much money and they tell VFC to do this.

Your wobbly unit is one of those hand fitted units.

The fake extractor will just sit there and jiggle, they do not have retention other than the BBU is pressed against it.
