Whats the gun? Which spefic parts have been installed, what battery are you using? What's the current performance, what are your performance goals? Budget?

Generally: increase voltage, reduce resistance in the wiring harness, reduce mechanical resistance in the gearbox, and match the motor + ratio with your main spring.

Chasing higher rps can be a very expensive endeavor. There's also many opportunities to break stuff.

Assuming "every way" includes velocity, there is a limit to that. We need your parts list to start with, and from there, we can give you suggestions on what you can do.

We can't just "give you a parts list" as parts are made to zero specification and will differ wilidy from brand to brand and even batch to batch. Also, know that the faster you go, you will exponentially increase wear and tear and reduce overall reliability for what can be little gains in performance. Not trying to be "that guy", but I want you to know that things will get complicated quickly.

This will not be like a video game gun upgrade where part X give you performance boost 5 and then adding part G adds an additional level of performance J.

We need to know your base line and what is your target performance level.

I have a crappy lancer tactical interceptor as a DSG right now. It has an SHS DSG, and stock bevel and spur gears, which I assume are 18:1. ASG Infinity Motor, Cut down M190, Non-modified unbranded piston with all metal teeth. SHS cylinder head and echo1 cylinder. perfect air seal. Maxx Model Piston Head. Cut down tappet plate obviously. trigger contacts. SHS tappet plate. one of the awesomest reversal latches out there. o_O

And what RPM is the motor?

So are you looking for ROF increase only?

Yes...and what battery are you using as your primary pack?

So that is a BlueMax pack you have...you can get ~9 RPS bump by going to LIHV pack or a ~5RPS bump with a Kypom...I use this text in the Objective Battery Test Post.

You can also switch to a better motor like a Tienly 25K...which should give you a few more RPS.

Yeah and at 125.00...

Max motor RPS is not something you should try and hit right away...I can fore see PME and massive damage unless you test with a 2S battery first and determine your base line.

Also sounds like you were using an older single support rack piston...you need to use the double support.

Single support units should not be used for high stress builds.

Honestly brushless seems to be the way to go for extreme rps from what I've seen unless you're @rm105 cuz he does some black magic with brushed setups that boggles my mind. The SC 10.44 DSG is about as fast a DSG gear ratio as you can get (most expensive too ~$140). I'd say pair that with a frankentorque and high quality magnets then keep decreasing TPA until you find maximum RPS without massive heat. Or just go with a brushless haha.

The SHS 15(?) tooth with round holes is very light but there are bad batches. Even then I'd say swiss cheese it further; your piston assembly needs to be stupid light. If possible try one of the lonex pistons that are double supported, but you will need to seriously lighten them. Even good swiss cheese jobs have only brought the weight down to ~15 grams. The GATE POM head seems to be the lightest quality piston head, but a bit pricey. But hey, you're chasing limits; your parts better be good or kaboom.
